Declaration of Agreement- Money Bouquet Order
1.Order Description
This agreement is made between Junebads Florist and customer on Date.
The florist agrees to create a custom money bouquet as requested by the customer. Details of the order (theme, colors, amount of cash included, wrapping style, add-ons, etc.) Have been discussed and approved by both parties.
2.Payment Terms
The total cost of the bouquet is $-------
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost, is required to start the order.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date you request it.
3.Cash Provided
The customer agrees to provide the exact amount of cash to be included in the bouquet. The florist is not responsible for lost or missing funds once the bouquet has been picked up or delivered.
4. Cancelations and Changes
Any changes must be requested at least 1 day before pickup or delivery date. Deposits are non refundable due to the custom nature of the product.
5. Pickup/Delivery
The bouquet will be ready on the date agreed. Once the order is picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
6. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCHANGES!
